Rabri is a traditional Indian sweet dish that is made by thickening milk with sugar and flavorings such as cardamom, saffron, and/or rose water. The milk is simmered over low heat for several hours until it becomes thick and creamy, with a slightly grainy texture. The meal is frequently served chilled and topped with chopped nuts. It is a popular dessert in North India, particularly during festivals and weddings.
So let's start preparing Rabri.
Ingredients required:
1-liter milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Crushed cashews and almonds (optional)

Method :
Take 1 liter of buffalo milk in a pan. This is because buffalo milk is a bit thick, hence the rabri becomes thick. if you wish you can also use cow's milk.
As soon as the milk comes to a boil, on low flame for 30-40 minutes keep stirring it continuously.
Scrape off the cream of milk that may have accumulated on the sides of the utensil and keep adding it to the milk. This doubles the taste.
When the size of milk becomes 1/3, add sugar to it.
If you want to thicken it quickly, then add crushed cashews and almonds to it.
After this, you have to add cardamom powder in it.
Once the milk is boiled half of the quantity, then stop boiling as this rabri becomes a little thicker after cooling, so keep the consistency a little thinner than you want.
Finally, garnish it with dry fruits after cooling, and then put it on a serving plate and enjoy it.
Hope you have enjoyed this recipe. Happy cooking.
