Delicious Afghan Chicken Recipe - Very Easy

 

Popular in Afghanistan, afghani chicken is usually made with marinated chicken that is cooked to perfection on the grill or in the oven. Yogurt, garlic, ginger, and seasonings like cumin, coriander, and turmeric are frequently used in marinades. The outcome is a succulent and flavorful chicken meal that is delicious served either alone or with rice, naan bread, or a side salad.



One Chicken (cut into pieces)

1/9 tbsp Magaz (melon seed)

Cashew seeds, 1 cup

1 tablespoon wet Khus Khus (poppy seeds)

1 cup cream

2 tbsp. Butter

2 tsp. ground black pepper 

Salt to taste

by 5–6 Chhoti Elaichito.

Combine the magaz, kaju, khus khus, pepper, and elaichi in a grinder..... 

Combine with the remaining components and let the mixture sit for 5 to 6 hours.

 



In a tandoor or on an electric griddle, cook until golden.
