Besan Ke Ladoo Recipe- Made Super easy I

 

It has been seen in India that many people are fond of sweets. It is considered very important to have sweets at every festival because, without sweets, any meal seems incomplete. Be it marriage, birthday, or any festival, there are always sweets. If there is any occasion of happiness, it starts with sweets. So let's get started with a sweet called Besan ka ladoo which is super easy to make.





Ingredients required:

½ cup ghee

2 cups gram flour coarse

1 cup sugar

4 pods cardamom

2 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped

2 tbsp watermelon seeds


Method: 

Make sure to coarse the gram flour so that it gives a grainy texture. Now In a large kadai, take  ½ cup ghee and add 2 cups gram flour and fry on low flame till the gram flour is well combined with the ghee.

Keep frying on low flame. Once the mixture turns dry, add another tablespoon of ghee. Mix well until 15 to 20 mins and once the gram flour starts releasing ghee. 

Keep roasting till the gram flour turns golden brown and grainy. Once it is roasted , take it out and pour it into a large bowl to cool down slightly.

 Dry roast 2 tbsp watermelon seeds and 2 tbsp cashews in a little ghee.  Let this turn brown and add this to the roasted gram flour

Add 1 cup of sugar and 4 pods of cardamom in a blender. Blend to a fine powder without adding water as we want a dry mixture.

Add powdered sugar when the gram flour cools down (slightly hot).

Make sure everything is well combined and mixed well. Do not add sugar when the mixture is hot, as it will melt the sugar and make the mixture watery. Now

Make round-shaped ladoos with the mixture. Enjoy besan ladoo with your friends and family.
