Ingredients required:
All-purpose flour - 2 1/4 cups
Baking soda - spoonful
Salt and - 0.5 teaspoon
Melted butter - 1 cup
Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
Caramelized sugar in bags 3/4 cup
Egg- 1
Vanilla - 1 tsp.
Chocolate chunks semisweet - 2 cups
Chopped nuts- 1 cup(optional)
Oven should be heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; place away.
Beat softened butter and sugars in a large bowl with an electric mixer set to medium speed for 1 minute, or stir with a spoon until fluffy, periodically scraping down the edge of the bowl.
Egg and vanilla should be thoroughly combined. Just combine the flour concoction after adding it. (dough will be stiff). Add nuts and chocolate chunks and stir.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie trays.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden. (centers will be soft). Remove from cookie pan to cooling rack after 2 minutes of cooling. After 30 minutes, let cool fully. In an airtight receptacle, store covered.
