Veggie Fried Rice

 

Vegetable rice is a delicious and healthy dish made by combining rice with various vegetables such as carrots, peas, onions, and peppers. It can be seasoned with herbs and spices for added flavor.



Ingredients Required:

Chopped infant carrots, 2/3 cup

Frozen green peas in a half-cup

Vegetable oil, two teaspoons

1 minced garlic bulb, or as desired (Optional)

two huge embryos

3 extra cups of cooked white rice

1 teaspoon soy sauce, or more if you like

two tablespoons of sesame oil, or as desired

Method:

Put ingredients together.

The water should submerge the carrots in a small pot.  For 3 to 5 minutes, bring to a medium boil and cook. Peas are then stirred in and quickly drained in a colander.

Over a hot flame, warm a wok. Carrots, peas, and garlic are stirred into the veggie oil and cooked for about 30 seconds. Add the eggs and stir rapidly to combine them with the veggies.

Add prepared rice and stir. Toss the rice with the soy sauce to moisten.  itAdd sesame oil and mix once more.
