Wheat Dosa Recipe

 


Ingredients Required: 
1 cup whole wheat flour 
1/2 cup rice flour 
1/2 cup semolina (rava) 
2 green chillies, finely chopped 
1 inch ginger, grated 
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 
1 tsp cumin seeds 
1 tsp salt 2 cups water 
Oil, as needed

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, rice flour, semolina, green chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.

2. A little water should be added to the batter to make it smooth. Let the batter rest for 20-30 minutes.

3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a thin circle.

4. Drizzle some oil around the edges of the dosa and cook until the bottom turns golden brown. 

5. Flip the dosa and cook until the other side is cooked through. 

6. Repeat the steps with the remaining batter. 7. Serve hot with chutney, sambar, or any side dish of your choice.
